01. Mission

She Can Hope is on a mission to increase access to quality mental health services for women in the perinatal period and those impacted by trauma through access, funding, and awareness. Join us as we remove barriers with low to no cost individual and group therapy, workshops, and support groups.

Our team works hard to ensure that women can be connected with quality mental health care by maintaining a network of providers who are highly trained in women’s mental health and trauma informed practices.

02. Who We Serve

We support women seeking mental health support who are in the perinatal period (pre-conception, pregnancy, up to 1 year postpartum, women who have experienced loss and/or infertility) and women who have been impacted by trauma.

Our current area of impact is limited to clients and providers located in Maryland.

03. Programs

Our programs operate in three categories: Access, Funding, and Awareness.

Our flagship program, The Perinatal and Trauma Therapy Access Fund, provides low to no cost individual and group therapy through a network of highly qualified therapists utilizing evidence-based practices.

Get Involved

  • Are you a mental health provider who serves women in the perinatal period or experienced trauma? We are looking for fully-licensed providers with experience in using evidence-based modalities to support women in some of their most vulnerable moments.

    Our Perinatal and Trauma Therapy Access Fund offers funding to support sliding scales, copay assistance, and in some cases covering the cost of services.
